Submitting the appointment form is a request only. Your appointment exists once a member of our team has confirmed a date and time with you directly by phone, WhatsApp or email.

We cannot guarantee the availability of a specific consultant, date or time, and clinic lists can change because of surgical scheduling or emergencies. Please do not travel to the hospital on the basis of an unconfirmed website request.
